I have someone that is requesting a list of the upper management (no department designated, just upper management) who have been off (for whatever reasons) for more than two weeks in the past 10 months and the amount of days each of them has been off for. We received the two leave reports below from the City of Ocala that includes everyone, I think. The original requestor added: “Policy says you can use vacation or sick days with a doc note. After the fact a supervisor went back and changed all unexcused absences to excused despite no doctors notes.”
